What are the places that I can not miss it? Where should I avoid? I'm not the biggest fan of tourism, but I would like to see European culture and how people live there. I hope to plan to help me. Take It EBE approximately 3 weeks, thank you!

You should check on www.tripadvisor.com, which is very useful.
Since you stay in Vienna, I recommend a short trip to Bratislava is by ferry or train is very pleasant for a day and the food is really cheap!

will probably go shopping in some places. Beware
a) the places famous shops. Often, the rent of shops in these places is phenomenal, and distributors need to compensate by raising prices of their products. This means that you often can buy the same elsewhere for less than half the price.
b) business in general. Often they will tell you that you have a very special price to give, then fly. If possible, talk to someone who is asking the countries, and for advice life
