I have a solar car charger ($ 10) and a car battery. With this you can everything that used to run 12 volts. I use a 12 volt car interior lighting. This applies not only to implement 12 units of volts, but with a small inverter that small devices such as a light bulb can run up to 120 volts or a small television. I use to charge my laptop.
Total cost $ 50
It seems odd that you have access to the Internet but is no electricity.
